Covid-19 Updates
23rd September 2020 Update.
I HAVE MOVED - HOME CLINIC NOW OPEN
I have now left the clinic on Bridge Street that I have occupied for almost 5 years and I am now working from home, just off Moss Lane Garstang. My full address will given upon booking an appointment. I have off street parking.
The room is licensed by Wyre Borough Council and has everything needed to provide safe, professional and COVID-19 secure treatments, details of which can be found here.
My priority at the moment is to see my existing patients who were undergoing treatment before the clinic closed in March. Once I know how many new patient slots I have available, I will be in touch with those of you on the waiting list by email.
If you are not on the waiting list and would like to be, please add your details here

20th March 2020 Update.
TEMPORARY CLINIC CLOSURE
In the interest of the health and well-being of my patients, myself, our families and our community here in Garstang, I have made the decision to close the clinic as of Thursday 19th of March until further notice
It wasn't an easy decision as I know I am able to provide so much help right now, especially for stress relief and immunity boosting, however it does come with the price of non-essential contact, and the increased risk to patients due to the amount of patients I am having non-essential contact with. I would feel at peace and feel I was doing my best for my patients and the public if you and I were able to follow the advice here without the clinic being an extra trip people need to make, and an extra thing to think about.
There are ways I can help people to be Happy, Healthy & Pain Free and keep stress levels low and immune systems strong with regard to COVID-19, that don't involve you coming into clinic and seeing me face to face, I will begin working on those as soon as I can and will be in touch about them.
I am so sorry for any inconvenience closing the clinic will cause to our patients and to those who hoped to become new patients recently or in the not too distant future. I will be back up and running as soon as I can and will keep you posted as things change. I read this quote recently from another fellow small business owner and thought it summed up how I feel with regard to the clinic and you - my lovely patients perfectly;
"Everything we do before a pandemic seems like an over reaction. After a pandemic, everything we did before it seems inadequate"
The whole basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine is prevention and me attempting to play a part in helping to flatten the curve (albeit a very small one means a lot to me - I truly believe little things make a big difference especially when we all pull together. I want to play my part in keeping you, your families and our community safe, well and as protected as possible from COVID-19 and the devastating effects it will have on some families.
The next few months won't be easy, but we will get through it and I'm here to support you in any way I can. Sending strength, health and wellness!
Take care, stay safe, be kind and wash your hands lots! We're all in this together and need to look out for each other,
Emma x
